Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the tech community. Foster, organize and moderate discussions and networking among forum members to increase user retention.
  • Establish partnerships with Tech training centers, educational universities, and tech associations... to promote the company.
  • Operate full-stack marketing activities for SotaTek’s educational services & products.
  • Build and maintain marketing campaigns and an  in-depth tracking system for all assigned products and marketing campaigns across platforms such as Digital Ads, Email, PR, Influencer Marketing, and more.
  • Set up, manage, and track ads across online platforms including Facebook, Google (Google Display and Google Search), and other Ad Networks.
  • Create compelling advertising content across all Digital channels, tailored for different audience segments.
  • Track KPIs of digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics using tracking indicators, and provide insights to adjust and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Use and manage marketing tools and software to support campaign execution and tracking.
  • Generate creative concepts and visual ideas for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
  • Research and stay updated on online market trends, monitor competitors' online marketing activities, and propose strategic action plans accordingly.
  • Participate in offline marketing activities (such as events) when necessary to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
  • More than 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly within companies related to education and training.
  • Familiarity with student, graduate, and professional communities, and the ability to engage these groups effectively.
  • Proven expertise in managing digital ads on Facebook and Google platforms.
  • Experience in building tracking systems using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Buzzmetrics.
  • Ability to independently find and implement software tools that enhance marketing processes.
  • Analytical skills to break down complex problems and generate creative, actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Self-driven and capable of managing tasks and goals independently, taking on responsibilities similar to a managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Saturday & Sunday OFF,  Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
  • Work performance review 2 times/ year (in April and October);
